All items sold by Honeycomb go through our quality control procedures. We believe you will be extremely satisfied with your purchase. However, if the product has not reached your expectations, is damaged or incorrectly shipped, we will gladly replace them. If you have a need to return goods to us for whatever reason kindly email email@example.com outlining the reason for return and request an exchange for the same item in a different size or style that we carry. (Based on stock availability).
Returns do not include shipping postage. If you refuse the order, you will be charged for all shipping and delivery charges incurred. All returned merchandise must be unused, undamaged and in original condition.
Items may be exchanged within three (3) days from delivery with other items for sale in Honeycomb. The shipping fee for the original item will not be refunded and the buyer will shoulder the shipping fees for the new item and the item to be exchanged.
All merchandise must be returned in the condition they were received and in original packaging.
